- Alert insurance companies of the existence of the claim.
- Discuss the specifics of a case with the client to determine whether the case should be settled or go to trial.
- If a suit is filed, we will provide client preparation and perform necessary depositions. We also provide defendant with all necessary data for the claim.
- Set a trial date in court.
- Vigorously prepare for trial, while still attempting to settle the claim in the mean time. It is typically more beneficial to our clients to settle before trial because legal fees are much lower when a claim can be settled outside court.
- Prepare witnesses and our client for trial.
- Prepare exhibits and presentations for trial.
- Prepare for medication and/or arbitration.
- In an effort to eliminate surprises in court, we will file briefs and motions with the court as necessary.
- Represent our client(s) in court in front of a judge/jury.
