FORD AND LINCOLN RECALLS
Ford Motor Company has issued an additional vehicle recall for 2025, increasing its recall activity for the current year. The new recall has featured a worldwide defective rearview camera problem that has affected up to 1.9 million Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
Recently, Ford addressed its rear camera problems and stated that the issue includes distorted, blank, and inverted imaging. This can reduce the driver’s visibility and put them at risk of crashing when backing up. This vehicle recall includes several Ford and Lincoln vehicles that were manufactured between the years of 2015 and 2019. A rearview camera malfunction is extremely dangerous, and if it is not addressed, it can lead to the potential of decreased reaction time and minimized visibility, resulting with multiple collisions. This is putting you and many drivers/passengers at risk of a catastrophic accident.
