HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY GRACO PRODUCT IS RECALLED?

Example Car Seat Label
- Review the product images on their recall page to confirm that you have an affected SnugRide Turn & Slide product.
- Locate the model number on the product label.
- Enter the model number on their recall page.
- Enter the serial number to help confirm your product details. The serial number is the five-digit number listed on the label under the Date of Manufacture.
If your product is included, Graco asks that you stop using the seat with the base entirely. The seat may continue to be used by utilizing your rear seat’s lap belt. Instructions are included with your product.
WHERE CAN I SUBMIT MY GRACO RECALLED CARSEAT FOR A REPLACEMENT?
Graco asks that owners complete their site’s registration form here and select a preferred replacement option. They do not want you to return the base to the store.
Toddler seat options
It is important to note that if you register a base-only product (model 2231810), you will only receive the SnugRide SnugFit base (2120612). Those are not eligible for full car seat replacement options.
CAR SEATS SAVE LIVES
Did you know that 1 in every 4 unintentional injury deaths for children is the result of a car crash? Jones & Swanson wants to remind everyone of the importance of proper car seat usage. Failing to do so puts your child at risk whenever you are on the road.
Proper use of seat belts, booster seats, or car seats can significantly decrease this risk. Seat belts can start being used between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. For children younger, you need a car seat or booster seat. You can read our very own Car Seat Safety blog on proper use, installation, and disposal of damaged car seats.
